What You Need to Know

If I experience any complications regarding the healing of the piercings, are they guaranteed?

We do guaranty our work for the life of the piercing (from the time the jewelry is put in until it is taken out). Please make sure that you are following the aftercare plan given to you by your piercer and follow up with them about any issues you are having. With the aftercare we use, piercings tend to heal very well, however, on occasion there are problems, and our piercers will work with you to get your piercing healed. If, in the rare event, nothing is working and your piercer advises you to take out your jewelry, we will re-pierce at no charge. We are invested in your safety and comfort; when you look good, we look good

How old do I have to be to get a piercing?

The youngest age that we will pierce in our shop is 5 years old, and we do not perform facial or navel piercings on anyone under the age of 15. This is for the protection of the client and to prevent problems that may occur during the life of the piercing as their body grows and develops.

what identification do I need for minors receiving a piercing?

Minors ages 14-17 (some ear cartilage piercings) and 15-17 (facial and navel piercings) must have the following THREE (3)
1. Minor’s birth certificate OR notarized Parental Consent Form
2. State government-issued picture ID for the parent/guardian.
3. State/government or school-issued picture ID for the client

Can I bring in my own jewelry to be pierced or stretched with?

We cannot use jewelry from outside the shop in fresh or healing piercings. We are accountable for what we put into your body and to ensure a safe piercing and healing process, we only pierce with our own jewelry.

Do piercings hurt?

There may be some temporary discomfort but, we will keep you informed and prepared during the piercing process.
